Jeff is a Grammy nominated music and marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience in building superstar artist and consumer product brands. He has successfully led teams at major music labels, including Sony, RCA, and Universal, and also has managed global superstars. Most recently during his tenure as Chief Marketing Officer at Def Jam, Jeff oversaw the marketing for album releases by top artists Justin Bieber, Kanye West, and Jhene Aiko to name a few. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff has actively participated in social justice initiatives, including collaborating with the late Harry Belafonte and co-founding Universal Music’sTask Force for Meaningful Change.
